It depends on the overall requirements of your renovation. But a standard bathroom renovation takes about 3 – 4 weeks before you can use it. As shower screens need to be measured after the tiling it will be another 2 weeks for the shower screen to be installed.
A lot of factors go in to the cost of a bathroom renovation depending on the size, types of fixtures, tiles and whether you want to change the layout. For a better idea of the costs involved download a copy of our 2023 pricing guide located above the FAQ
Absolutely, obviously the bathroom will be out of action while we do the renovations though. If you have another bathroom to use at the time great. Otherwise we can organise a temporary one for you to use during the works.
We take great care in leaving your home as clean as possible, please be aware though during the day it could get fairly
noisey with power tools.
But we’ll tidy up every afternoon to make your home as comfortable as possible.
Yes we provide the complete service. We will take your ideas and turn them into reality. We organise everything for you. If you’d like to supply your own fittings and fixtures that’s fine. We organise all the tradespeople and materials. Our goal is to take the hassle out of the bathroom renovation for you.
Defiantly, During a renovation there are certain things that need to be decided up front and others that can change as we go through the process. We understand that some things are hard to visualise so we will ask you the relevant questions when they need to be addressed and when you can see them better.
For example draw the layout of the proposed bathroom on the floor after the demolition so that you can get a better idea of the real sizes and get a feel for the space.
Yes, we take asbestos very seriously. If you bathroom is considered to contain asbestos we have trained professionals that will come and safely remove and dispose of the asbestos with no risk to you or your family.
We ask you to leave for the day, our professionals come in remove the asbestos and then our hygienist tests and clears the area for your safe return.
